For my research class, I was asked to complete a Career Inquiry. I took a closer look at careers that I would consider outside of the classroom. I narrowed my search down to two companies, Google and Scholastic.

This assignment opened my eyes to the opportunities that are available to someone like me with an education degree.  Although I am very happy with my current career it is always nice to keep my options open.Using the inquiry process allowed me to explore careers outside of the traditional education classroom.

This assignment was both fun and challenging. I had to look at academic articles with a questioning mindset. I had to create a plan in which I would explore careers that did not directly involve teaching. By researching I was able to identify careers that I would be qualified for.
