As an educator I am faced with issues of equity constantly. This is my 9th year of teaching and by far one of the most challenging I have had to face. The following written reflection outlines an equity issue that I have overcome this year within my classroom. It has made me a better educator because I have had to push myself to use technology to meet all students needs.
